This policy covers the Load 360 website, downloadable application, customer accounts, subscriptions and pilot-partner program.
Information we collect
You may use the first five load diagrams without creating an account. To provide accounts, subscriptions, support and pilot access, Load 360 may collect your name, business name, email address, account access information, plan status, diagram usage totals and support messages.
Free-trial protection
Load 360 uses a persistent installation token and one-way keyed network and application fingerprints to enforce the free trial. Raw IP addresses and MAC addresses are not stored for this purpose.
Payments
Subscription payments will be processed by PayPal. Load 360 does not store complete payment-card details. PayPal handles payment information under its own policies.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the service, track plan limits, provide customer support, manage pilot access, prevent abuse and improve loading modules. Load 360 does not sell personal information.
Data protection and retention
Production account data will be stored in a secured server-side database. Access is limited to authorized Load 360 owner or staff accounts. Information is retained only as long as needed for service, security, accounting and legal obligations.
Your choices
Account holders can request access, correction or deletion of their information. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained where required by law.
