These terms are a practical commercial starting point and should receive independent legal review before broad paid distribution.
Planning aid
Load 360 creates loading-plan diagrams based on information entered by the user. It does not replace workplace procedures, engineering judgment, carrier rules, securement requirements, inspections or applicable laws. The responsible business and workers must verify every plan before loading.
Testing features and pilot partners
Testing modules may contain errors or change without notice. Founding pilot access is intended for invited businesses that agree to provide practical feedback. Lifetime Business access applies to the Load 360 service while it remains offered and may not be resold or transferred.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting their sign-in credentials. Users may not attempt to evade plan limits, interfere with the service, access another customer's data or reverse engineer protected service components.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions will renew according to the plan selected at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, billing frequency and usage limits are shown before purchase. Customers will manage recurring billing through PayPal where applicable.
Intellectual property
Load 360, its software, visual design, documentation and original content are owned by MichealJWM and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer businesses retain ownership of the information they enter.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Load 360 is not responsible for losses resulting from an unverified plan, inaccurate input, service interruption or use contrary to workplace requirements.
